When you use AIMRECA forms, we may collect contact details, location, professional background, messages, donation notifications and optional documents that you choose to provide.
Purpose and access
Information is used to review applications, respond to enquiries, assess concerns, communicate about opportunities or verify donation notifications. Access should be limited to authorised AIMRECA administrators and the hosting/form service used to receive submissions.
Confidentiality and publication
Applications, environmental reports and donation information are not published automatically. Donor names may be acknowledged publicly only with explicit consent. We do not request PINs, passwords, BVNs or complete payment-card details.
Retention and requests
Records should be kept only as long as needed for their stated purposes and applicable obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of submitted personal data, email info@aimreca.org. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Third-party services
Website hosting and form processing use Netlify, and external links may lead to other websites. Review their privacy notices before providing information. This notice should be reviewed against applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements before public launch.
